Former Divisional Chairman for Berkeley Group, Angus Michie, has joined leading UK developer SevenCapital as Managing Director.
Angus has taken the helm to drive the company’s residential activities, leading the business’ growth strategy and expansion across the UK, with a particular focus on Birmingham, London and the wider South East.
Prior to joining SevenCapital, Angus served more than 24 years with Berkeley Group. As Divisional Chairman he founded the St Edward joint venture with M&G, lead numerous significant, high profile London developments and established the Group’s newest brand, St Joseph, in the West Midlands.
Angus commented: “SevenCapital is a fast-growing and exciting property Group that has made huge strides within the industry over the past decade, leading the way for modern residential development in Birmingham and the London peripheral. I am looking forward to applying my expertise and experience of driving forward industry leading projects and leading the team as we embark on the next decade of growth.”
Angus will be based in SevenCapital’s Park Lane office in London and operating between there and the Group’s main headquarters in Birmingham.
