Trebor Developments and Hillwood have completed the construction of a 411,470 sq ft speculative industrial unit at Doncaster, just in time for Christmas.
The £40m building provides an outstanding distribution or manufacturing unit with large yards on either side, 38 loading doors and extensive lorry parking for 75 HGV spaces, located on a 25 acre site at Armthorpe.
It also includes state-of-the-art offices, electric vehicle charging stations and car parking for up to 317 vehicles with direct access from the A630 to Junction 4, M18 which is less than 1 mile away from the site entrance.
The investment by Trebor/Hillwood delivers one of very few immediately available largescale industrial developments in the whole of the North of England, which can accommodate either distribution or manufacturing uses with immediate occupation.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor said: “It is fantastic to see the Gateway 4 building completed and to such an outstanding quality.
“The working relationship with the professional team and Readie Construction has been excellent throughout to deliver this fantastic building, with the construction being delivered during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are delighted with the range of interest we have received in relation to the building to date and given the competitive terms on offer, together with the quality of development, we are confident that the building will not remain available for long.”
Trebor and Hillwood are delivering industrial developments throughout the UK.
Trebor/Hillwood are represented by agents CBRE, Knight Frank and CPP.
