Commercial property expert Rob Firth has launched a new consultancy offering agency, asset management and development advice. Firth Property Consultancy has bases in Leeds and Sheffield to serve both city regions with more flexible solutions for asset owners.
With a career in property spanning over 30 years, Rob is one of the most well-regarded commercial property professionals in Yorkshire. He has been intricately involved with some of the most iconic developments in the county including One Park Row Leeds, Pinnacle Leeds and St Paul’s Place Sheffield.
Rob started his career in office agency becoming a partner for a national practice. He went on to director roles with two prolific developers in Leeds, gaining invaluable knowledge of the regional property landscape and contacts.
His delivery portfolio includes in town and out of town offices, leisure, warehousing, non-food retail, car dealerships, multi-storey car parks, mixed use developments and residential including city living.
Rob is harnessing his experience gained in both public and private sectors as advisor and client to provide perspective from both sides of the fence. Having also experienced many market fluctuations in property over the years, he is offering expertise in providing solutions and getting the deal done.
He said, “It has undoubtedly been a very difficult and challenging year in 2020 and we do not yet know what 2021 holds. One certainty though is that individuals and companies are going to have to demonstrate flexibility in order to adapt to changing circumstances.
