Aimee Howard has been appointed as an Associate in Knight Frank’s Residential Development Valuation and Advisory team in Leeds after joining from Cushman & Wakefield.
Knight Frank’s dedicated Residential Valuation and Advisory team provides valuation services for a wide range of developments from small in-fill sites to high profile multi-phased regeneration projects – as well as major city centre developments.
The team also specialises in providing independent funding advice to financial investors. In addition to development valuations the team also specialises in residential investment – with Private Rented Sector (PRS) appraisals forming a particular area of expertise.
James Milner, head of the Valuation and Advisory team in Leeds, commented: “We are delighted that Aimee is bringing her specialist experience to our growing team. She will help us to provide valuation advice to a wide range of stakeholders including landowners, house builders, developers, investors and funders.
“Aimee is a fantastic addition to our team. Her experience, having worked with property development company Moda Living as well as Cushman & Wakefield, will be invaluable and she has an excellent reputation in Leeds,” he said.
Aimee Howard added: “This is a major move and a massive opportunity for me. I am delighted to have the chance to join Knight Frank and am ready to develop my career further with this internationally-renowned property firm.
“The Valuation and Advisory department is already a leading consultancy across the Yorkshire region and I look forward to playing my part in providing an unrivalled valuation service for existing and future clients alike.”
Henrie Westlake, head of the Leeds office of Knight Frank, said: “Despite the turbulent times the property sector is experiencing, we are currently recruiting a number of additional specialist staff to our Yorkshire business.”
