Brother Investments, which is a subsidiary of Boys Group from Rossendale, have announced the acquisition of Finney’s Business Centre, Manchester Road, Bury.
Finney’s is an established industrial estate, comprising of 12 units, and is currently fully let, it is strategically situated, adjacent to Connect 56 Business Hub, which was acquired at the beginning of 2020.
Boys already own a number of sites in Bury, and this gives them a stronger foothold and another site that will benefit from their proactive management.
Connect 56 Business Hub should receive planning permission soon, for a full refurbishment scheme, which will involve the creation of 11 self-contained industrial units, plus the refurbishment and reletting of the iconic Clock Tower and The Gate House.
Paul Nolan from Nolan Redshaw states: – “This is a confident move by B & E Boys to add to the excellent site that they already have on Manchester Road.
There is limited stock of small industrial units in the Town, and we have already negotiated and let two of the units prior to any work commencing.”
