1st Select Ltd, a technical recruitment firm who specialise in property and commercial real estate and based in Leeds have moved to larger offices. They outgrew their previous office and have found new premises, with room for expansion.
Since the end of the first lockdown in June 2020 their market has steadily risen and 1st Select’s Leeds office hit capacity in August. They have moved into a prestigious landmark building and a more central location. Consort House on South Parade which is only a few minutes walk from Leeds City Station, a period office that has been stylishly fitted out to become an impressive work place and a new home to the 1st Select team.
Adam Levine, one of the directors of 1st Select says “It is a great opportunity to move into such a prominent building and to ensure that our expansion plans remain on track even in these uncertain times. Quite simply, we’ve outgrown our existing premises and this move is an exciting new progressive development for us.”
Jon Kellaway of Carter Towler added “The landlord and ourselves as Managing Agents are pleased to welcome 1st Select to the property where they have taken a second floor unit. 12 South Parade is an attractive Georgian office building that has had an extensive refurbishment and 1st Select’s commitment shows both their strength as a business and of the Leeds office market, despite the current climate and we are looking forward to a long and successful business partnership.”
These are exciting times for 1st Select, not only are they moving to bigger offices but they have taken on several consultants to the already well-established team. With the addition of new sectors which include the built environment, fire and construction, they are excited to be moving into 2021 in a strong position.
Jamie Lee, director says “We are very thrilled to be moving to Consort House, this will be a great opportunity for growth and to be in the centre of town near many of our surveying clients.”
