Colliers International has appointed Deborah Bryant-Pearson as an Associate Director in its Valuation and Advisory Services team in Bristol.
A chartered surveyor and registered valuer, Deborah has joined from the Bristol office of Avison Young, where she was a member of the Valuation Consultancy team, concentrating mainly on local authority annual asset valuations and residential development valuation.
She previously worked at JLL, specialising in alternative asset valuations for student accommodation, covering the whole of the UK market.
At Colliers International she will focus on growing the residential development and alternative asset elements of valuation work, as well as assisting with the established commercial asset valuation offering.
Jo Edwards, head of the South West & Wales at Colliers International, said: “The Valuation and Advisory team in Bristol has had an exceptionally busy year, and we are very pleased to welcome Deborah as an Associate Director. Her expertise across a range of valuation specialities will make her a great asset to the team.”
Deborah, who is current Chairman of RICS Matrics Bristol & West, and is also an RICS APC mentor, added: “Colliers is renowned for providing first-rate client service. This is arguably more important than ever in these challenging times, and I am pleased to be able to focus upon providing comprehensive, high quality support to our clients, working within the great team in the Valuation and Advisory department.”
