Trebor Developments and Hillwood have submitted a detailed planning application for a two-unit industrial development, providing units of 231,000 sq ft and 307,500 sq ft, on the site they have agreed terms to acquire from MARS Petcare UK in Peterborough.
The planning application provides for two large industrial units to meet either distribution or manufacturing uses and is in an established industrial location within Peterborough. The development will be marketed as “Delta Park, Peterborough”.

The submission of detailed planning is the next milestone in delivering this exciting scheme and we anticipate having these units available for occupation from Q2 2022. In the meantime, we can continue to offer bespoke design and build units to occupiers.”
Delta Park is being jointly marketed by Avison Young and Gerald Eve on behalf of Trebor and Hillwood.
