The first phase of a speculative development near Robin Hood Doncaster Sheffield Airport which will create 80 new jobs has brought three new units onto the market, ranging between 13,654 to 18,194 sq ft.
Kestrel Court on First Avenue, with its well-established industrial location near the airport and within close proximity to J3 M18, has already proved popular in a region where there is a strong demand for industrial space, with unit 3 already under offer.
Completion is expected this week and Marshall CDP are currently considering the second phase offering two further units of 17,000 and 21,000 sq ft.
It is hoped that the overall project, supported by Doncaster MBC’s Business Doncaster service will create up to 80 new jobs at the five units on site, which are for sale or to let.
