CIC, advised jointly by Savills and Elsom Spettigue Associates, has let 25 Gloster Road on Martlesham Heath Business Park in Ipswich to Motor Parts Direct Ltd (MPD).
The nationwide car parts supplier and independent motor factor has agreed to a new 10-year lease for a newly refurbished warehouse unit totalling 2,548 sq ft (236 sq m).
This latest deal follows a number of smaller lettings at the park, including Cupboard Love Home Ltd taking 613 sq ft (57 sq m) at Bristol Court. Elsewhere, Garrick Floor Ltd will now occupy unit 6 on Anson Road, whilst Perfection General Builders Ltd has moved in to Unit 8, totalling 932 sq ft (86 sq m).
