Tool and lightside building materials supplier Toolstation has leased a trade counter and warehouse unit at the Stover Industrial Estate in Yate, north Bristol.
It has taken the 5,583 sq ft Unit B2 on a new 10 year lease. The landlord was represented by property consultancy Knight Frank while Adept Consultancy acted for Toolstation.
Rhys Jones from Knight Frank’s Industrial & Logistics division in Bristol said: “Stover Industrial Estate is located in north Bristol’s premier trade zone and we received a lot of interest in this industrial unit. Other key trader operators in the area include Screwfix, Wolseley and Jewson.”
Toolstation supplies tools, accessories and building supplies to the trade, home improvers and self-builders from more than 400 branches nationwide. In 2014, the company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Travis Perkins.
Philip MacLauchlan, of Toolstation agency Adept Consultancy, said “We are very pleased with the new Yate branch which is Toolstation’s 432nd, and the business continues to grow rapidly throughout England, Scotland and Wales”.
Stover Trading Estate is located in Yate, five miles north of Junctions 18 and 19 of the M4 motorway, allowing easy access to Bristol city centre and the national motorway network.
