Herriard Estate have announced the recent letting of Unit 2, Bullpens, near Basingstoke, to photocopying specialists Datasharp Independent Solutions. The 1,650 sq ft unit, which had recently been vacated was let on a new five year lease at £16.50 per sq ft.
