St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics has signed deals with two leading brands at their site in Bury, following the completion of the first phase of development which delivered 130,000 sq ft of warehouse space across 14 new units.
Retail convenient and promotion specialists, Spot Promotions, has signed on 11,000 sq ft of warehouse space, whilst leading fabrics importer, Premier Textiles, has taken 15,000 sq ft.
Chamberhall Business Park provides the ultimate opportunity for both businesses to economically distribute their products at this high-quality industrial and logistics site, whilst benefitting from the views of an attractive landscaped setting.
