Savills, on behalf of Crossacre Properties Ltd, has let the last available suite at Papyrus Business Parc in Werrington, Peterborough to Encasement Ltd.
The sustainable building solutions firm has agreed to a new five-year lease for 832 sq ft (77 sq m) on the first floor of the six storey office building, occupying Suite 7. Following this latest deal the park is now fully let.
