Ben Bolton has joined the Board of Cardiff chartered surveying firm, Cooke & Arkwright as a full Director. With Director Jeremy Symons, he will head the firm’s restructured Business Space Department, created by the amalgamation of the current Office and Industrial agency teams.
Co-Chairman Roger Thomas said, “In many cases the difference between some office and industrial space is a very fine one. A number of our clients have both types of assets and we feel the best use of resources and staff expertise is to bring the two teams together. This will enhance the service that we can give to clients.
“Ben has worked with me for almost 14 years and will co-ordinate the new department’s activities and oversee the integration of our agency IT systems. Jeremy, who has vast industrial experience gleaned from almost 30 years with us, will specialise on related Landlord & Tenant instructions including lease restructuring, renewals and rent reviews.”
Ben is a graduate of in the University of Glamorgan and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) He was chairman of the Forum for the Built Environment (FBE) Cambria branch 2010-2011. He lives in Llantrisant with his wife Victoria, also a chartered surveyor, and their young daughter, Violet. In his spare time he is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys mountain biking, surfing and snowboarding.
