5 attractive new office buildings in Ampfield, near Romsey have all been sold during construction in 2020 by the joint marketing agents Keygrove Chartered Surveyors and Primmer Olds BAS, and they could have sold more.
Andrew Archibald, Director of Keygrove says “It is a tremendous achievement for the developer Rivendale Homes to have built Sleepy Hollow Business Park during the course of 2020 despite the global pandemic and it is massively rewarding to have sold all 5 new offices by the time construction completed at the end of September.”
Patrick Mattison Director of Primmer Olds says ““The combination of quality accommodation coupled with a rural setting and an excellent location between Romsey, Winchester and Chandlers Ford has made Sleepy Hollow Business Park very popular with office occupiers. The Covid pandemic has changed the office market and we are seeing increased demand for rural and out of town offices with more amenity space. If we had more offices like these then we could have sold more.”
Jason Wilkinson of Rivendale adds “Given the level of demand we are hoping to be granted planning permission for an additional office at Sleepy Hollow. The proposed new office is an attractive barn style, and the site is not easily visible. We are trying to do our bit for the local economy and job creation.”
