Harris Lamb has appointed a new Associate to its specialist Investment team.
Will Sherlock joins the business from CBRE, where he spent seven years, most latterly within the Midlands Capital Markets team.
Will has an extensive track record of undertaking and assisting with transactions across the Midlands which includes the £195m sale of the Mailbox in Birmingham and several high-profile industrial acquisitions and disposals.
Charles D’Auncey, Director, said: “Like almost every other sector, 2020 has been the most challenging faced by the commercial property industry to date, but certain sectors have performed well, and we recognised an opportunity for investors in the commercial, industrial and warehouse market.
“The investment field is particularly strong, and we wanted to enhance our team to ensure that we were well-equipped to respond to the demand for selling and acquiring high-performing assets going forward. We knew Will by reputation, and we are delighted that he has joined the business.
“Will has played a key part in a number of high-profile transactions throughout the Midlands and we are confident he will prove a valuable asset to our team,” added Charles.
Will said: “Harris Lamb is a highly regarded firm and I was delighted to accept an Associate role working within the Investment team.
“Having spent seven years at CBRE, I have gained extensive experience working on and undertaking a variety of transactions and am looking forward to bringing my skillset to a dynamic and fast-growing organisation.”
