Avison Young has been appointed by Chadwick Holdings to manage two multi-let properties in the South West. The first, Newminster House, is a 28,000 sq ft office building in Bristol city centre; the second, The Exchange in Bridgwater, a mixed use 32,000 sq ft property. Both are fully let.
Avison Young will have responsibility for all property management relating to both buildings, including facilities management, occupier engagement and accounting.
Richard Douglas, Chadwick Holdings, said:
“We have been impressed by the impact of the Avison Young brand and ethos on assets in the region. The family and people culture in Avison Young is something different in the real estate business. They are about much more than the building performance and maintenance. How occupiers feel about our assets is absolutely critical to establishing long term relationships with them and their workforce, and to creating additional value in the services and brand of the asset itself.”
Guy Thompson, Principal at Avison Young added,
“These are two prominent properties that we’re delighted to be supporting our client’s ambition for, long term investment and income potential. Using our proactive management style and focus on seeing more than others, we create the dual benefit of excellent working environments for the occupiers and enhanced asset value for our client.”
