Building work has started on the new 15,500 sq ft office development just north of Romsey with new offices being marketed by Keygrove Chartered Surveyors. The new development will provide 7 self‐contained two storey office buildings with a range of unit sizes from 1,257 to 5,431 sq ft and a total of 66 car parking spaces.
Andrew Archibald Director of Keygrove says “These offices are in an attractive rural location with access from the A3057 a few miles north of Romsey. Phase 1 of The Grange, Stoneymarsh has established itself as a popular office location and we are confident that Phase 2 will be equally successful in attracting office occupiers from Winchester, Romsey, Chandlers Ford and Southampton who are looking for an out of town environment. The build timescale was delayed due to Covid 19 and is now due to complete ready for occupation in Summer 2021.”
Keygrove continue “The Covid pandemic has changed the office market and we are seeing increased demand for rural and out of town offices with more amenity space”.
