Colliers International is expanding its Project & Building Consultancy team by hiring associate director Harriet Wiseman in a new business development role.
Harriet has joined the team this week from HLW, an architecture, interior design and workplace strategy firm, that works with global clients. Her role will focus on identifying both occupiers and landlords who could benefit from the experience and expertise of the 70-strong team which undertakes more than 500 instructions a year across five main service lines of project management, building surveying, quantity surveying, project monitoring and neighbourly matters. Projects range in value from £500,000 to £100million.
Graeme Foreman, Head of Project & Building Consultancy at Colliers, said: “This is an exciting time for Harriet to be joining the team. This year has been a challenge for many trying to undertake development and construction projects with difficulties in the supply chain and labour market, however our team has been able to see many projects through to completion. We know we’re able to deliver a first-class service to clients, and Harriet will help us to identify a wide range of projects to ensure our teams are kept busy.”
Harriet, who is also a member of the Corenet Young Leader Committee, added: “Colliers has a strong reputation for providing a high quality service and their diverse client base reflects this – I am really looking forward to interacting with the many businesses that we connect with to fully explore their real estate needs and understand how we can support them in successfully reaching their end goals. What I find really exciting is the innovative tools that they have developed to help their clients in these challenging times – it truly shows their pioneering spirit and client-first approach.”
