The international business of Federated Hermes has completed a series of new lettings across its industrial portfolio totalling 19,693 sq ft.
In the south of England, Priory Industrial Park in Christchurch has closed a deal on a 10-year lease to luxury furniture and interiors retailer India Jane, which takes 11,920 sq ft of newly refurbished industrial space.

Kestrel Park in Braintree welcomes three new arrivals after agreeing lettings with iFix Electrical & Mechanical Services, GI Trade Frames and Bizzar Ltd for a total of 4,291 sq ft across three units. Existing tenant Kemtron has also committed its future to Kestrel Park, securing an extension on two units totalling 6,867 sq ft.
Ashville Way Industrial Estate in Wokingham has agreed terms with events management company Yes Events for a 10-year lease on a recently refurbished 9,593 sq ft unit. This latest deal caps off an impressive run of letting activity for the estate, bringing its total number of lettings within the past 18 months up to three.
Saracen Trade & Industrial Estate in Hemel Hempstead has also signed a five-year lease to UCC Coffee UK Limited, which will be taking a 3,482 sq ft unit. With coffee brands including Lyons and Grand Cru, the international company has chosen the newly refurbished unit as part of its UK expansion plans.
