The property comprises a warehouse/ storage building located above Trafalgar Garage in central Truro. The site has planning consent to demolish the existing structure and replace with 4 townhouses with parking on the ground floor and was offered at an asking figure of £180,000.
The local developer who purchased the site is expected to start demolishing the existing building and redeveloping the site in the next few weeks.
