Nuveen Real Estate has signed HPD Software LTD as new tenants at its recently refurbished property, 22 Worple Road in Wimbledon.
IT Services firm HPD Software Ltd have decided to re-locate and expand their business at Nuveen Real Estate’s 22 Worple Road office scheme in Wimbledon, by taking the first and part second floors totalling approximately 12,000 sq ft.
Following extensive refurbishment by architects BuckleyGrayYeoman, which completed at the end of 2019, Nuveen’s 22 Worple Road totalling 45,000 sq ft, provides high quality Grade A office space across five floors in the heart of Wimbledon.
