Acting on behalf of Barwick Bathrooms, the Industrial team at CBRE in Leeds has secured a new industrial letting at 40 Wharfedale Road on Euroway Trading Estate in Bradford to Surefreight Global Forwarding Ltd. The company has expanded its growing network with the opening of a new depot in West Yorkshire.
Surefreight Global Forwarding Ltd has taken a 16,879 sq ft modern industrial warehouse on a 4 year lease term. The building incorporates a storage mezzanine and welfare facilities. The new depot will be the first to open in Yorkshire.
Surefreight Global Forwarding Limited Ltd operates across the UK and Ireland with depots in Belfast, Antrim and now Bradford expanding the company’s overall warehouse capacity to more than 100,000 sq ft. Surefreight Global Forwarding Ltd set up in 2012 with the aim of providing additional services, focusing on its global supply chain networks.
Situated on Wharfedale Road, which forms part of the established Euroway Trading Estate in Bradford, the site has excellent motorway connectivity, with access via J2 of the M606 which is under a mile away to the west, as well as J26 of the M62 which is 1.6 miles to the south.
