CBRE’s Industrial team in Leeds, jointly with Carter Towler have secured a new occupier for the refurbished Unit 1 at Speedwell Road in Castleford. DTD Logistics Solutions has taken the 37,555 sq. ft. industrial warehouse situated within the M26 corridor in Castleford, West Yorkshire. The joint agents acted on behalf of global real estate investment managers, St Bride’s Managers.
DTD Logistics Solutions, a freight forwarding and logistics firm, has let the warehouse on a new 10 year lease term, with the move forming part of the company’s strategic growth plans, as well as enabling the business to service a number of newly awarded contracts.
The detached industrial building underwent a comprehensive refurbishment that was project managed by Trident Building Consultancy and offers modern warehouse space with ancillary offices.
