Senate Court, Exeter’s premier Grade A office building in Southernhay Gardens, has been sold. Acting on behalf of PRUPIM, independent property adviser GVA has agreed the sale to private investors, represented by Maze, for £6.2 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 8.55%.
Senate Court is a multi-let, city centre office, comprising c 33,000 sq ft. Completed in 2004 to a high specification, its tenants include Foot Anstey LLP, The Arts Council of England, and The First Secretary of State (The Insolvency Service).
Southernhay is the heart of Exeter’s Central Business District, and the city’s prime office location, firmly established as a national and regional private and public sector hub.
