Property development and investment business Key Land Capital has announced two new appointments to help deliver an ambitious new growth strategy.
Richard Bowden has been appointed interim chief information officer, while Bradley Walker joins as a surveyor. Marie Livesey has also been promoted to the role of associate director.
Richard’s role includes focusing on delivering an innovative new property investment offering, based on Blockchain technology. He will also support the company’s growth and development through the implementation of targeted and strategic priorities.
Experience gained during more than 20 years in financial services and management consultancy includes being a director at Ernest & Young, and at Santander, where he was director of processes and change. He is also an executive director of Oldham Athletic Football Club.
Bradley joins the company from British Land, where he spent a year as a portfolio analyst following two years on the graduate scheme. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in June of this year after gaining his MRICS accreditation. He has a range of property experience covering asset management, property management, leasing and property valuation.
He is also a member of the Pathways to Property Alumni, an initiative aimed at widening access to the real estate profession. Bradley will be responsible for implementing asset management and property management initiatives, and in his day-to-day role will cover a range of key property disciplines.
Meanwhile, Marie Livesey has been promoted to associate director with the aim to develop long, medium and short-term asset management strategies and investment plans for the Birmingham-based company’s property portfolio.
Marie will lead on the maintenance of assets, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal frameworks, in addition to the efficient procurement of external maintenance services and materials. She is also responsible for all tenant services, day-to-day repairs of properties, and the potential acquisition of new assets.
