Seaford Finance, the real estate debt consultant, has appointed Jon Warman as managing director of loan origination and execution. He joins the partnership with a focus on accelerating the growth of the business in the UK and Europe.
With more than 12 years’ experience in the real estate sector, Jon joins Seaford Finance from Spring11,where he spent 5 years as co-head of the European real estate advisory business. Prior to this, he was a director in LNR Europe’s investment management and NPL advisory division, where he was responsible for underwriting more than £70 billion of NPL transactions.
During his career, Jon has worked on all aspects of the real estate lending process from asset and loan underwriting for large institutions to loan workouts, restructuring, distressed debt investing, special servicing and debt origination.
Jon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Property Investment and Finance from the University of Reading and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
