Eshton Group has purchased a new commercial asset in what is the latest in a series of acquisitions across West Yorkshire.
Eshton acquired the 12,000 sq ft unit this month, which is currently occupied on a three-year lease.
The property comprises a 7,500 sq ft warehouse complete with more than 4,500 sq ft of modern office space that spans two floors.
Eshton director, Jonathan Chapman said: “Despite the impact COVID-19 has had on many sectors within the UK, lots of businesses are focused on their recovery and are making proactive movements to source facilities that meet their new needs – whether that’s acquiring additional storage space or opening entirely new premises to drive forward expansion plans.
“We’re working collaboratively with organisations to ensure they are empowered to make the right property transactions by providing them with a portfolio of choices which offer ample opportunity, for lots of different purposes.
“We are confident that the site is in a great location and will be an excellent long term investment for the company.”
Henry King of Lambert Smith Hampton Leeds office advised Eshton on the acquisition of Dolly Lane.
