Arvi A. I. Luoma, Co-Founder & CEO of Blackbrook, said: “We consider ourselves fortunate to have attracted Jon to our firm. His significant experience in net lease transactions, his specialism in the industrial and logistics sector, and his geographic market background made him an ideal candidate to join Blackbrook. Jon will be a valuable addition to the team as we continue to focus on mission-critical assets, and specifically the industrial and logistics sector where we are seeing significant demand and expect to see sustained growth across Europe.”
Commenting on his appointment, Jon Strang said: “I’m excited to be a member of the Blackbrook team at such a critical time for growth within the European logistics sector. This position presented an exciting opportunity given Blackbrook’s recent launch, rapid growth prospects and specialism on European net lease real estate, a proven long-term investment strategy.”
