Knight Frank has bolstered its London Commercial Valuation team with three new appointments.
Rossella van der Weyden joins the London team as an Associate following two years as Portfolio Valuation Associate Director at Colliers International. Prior to this, she spent four years as a Senior Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield. In her new role at Knight Frank, Rossella will work across a number of property company and institutional fund clients, including British Land and The Crown Estate.
Neelam Kachhia re-joins Knight Frank as an Associate following a career break, having spent ten years at the firm prior to this. Joining Knight Frank in 2004 as a Property Valuation Surveyor, Neelam was promoted to Associate in 2006. Working alongside Partner Chris Galloway, she will be valuing for a range of clients including BlackRock and LXI REIT.
Eliza Birkett joins the Valuation & Advisory team as a Surveyor following three years on the firm’s Graduate scheme.
