The largest manufacturer of electric roller garage doors in Europe is expanding after leasing two additional units, consisting of warehouse and office space, on Revie Road Industrial Estate in Leeds.
Acting on behalf of Cordatus Real Estate, property consultancy, Gent Visick, let the 22,374 sq ft units to Garolla. The firm also let over 8,300 sq ft of space to Garolla last year on Gelderd Road.
Based in Leeds, Garolla supplies and installs affordable, high-quality and virtually maintenance-free garage doors to residential customers across the UK.
Managing director, David Wilkinson, said: “We have enjoyed significant growth over the last few years and over the last few months, the demand for our high quality products has increased by a further 50% from the residential sector, as people have been focusing on improving their homes during lockdown. We therefore needed to further expand our premises for manufacturing and office staff.
“Leasing the two units on Revie Road Industrial Estate made perfect sense as they are close to our head office and warehousing spaces.”
