Acting on behalf of Linde Material Handling (UK) Ltd, London Clancy have announced the letting of Affinity Point, Camberley.
The modern production/warehouse facility, which provides a total of just over 59,000 sq ft is situated in the heart of the Yorktown Business Park, Camberley’s main industrial area and with excellent accessibility to the M3 and M25.
Following a short successful marketing campaign, terms were agreed during the Lockdown period with a food wholesaler already based on the Yorktown Estate.
The letting shows the continued strength of the industrial/warehouse market in the M3 corridor.
