The detached warehouse premises of 12,822 sq ft (1,191 sqm) of trade counter or factory-style premises are at 4 Albion Court on Studlands Park Avenue in the town’s main commercial and retail park district.
While the sale price remains commercially confidential, Barker Storey Matthews confirms that the guide price for the freehold was £775,000.
