St James Quarter has secured the internationally acclaimed SUSHISAMBA restaurant group to occupy the rooftop at W Edinburgh, located on levels 10 and 11.
SUSHISAMBA Edinburgh will open within W Edinburgh as part of St James Quarter’s final phase in 2022. The restaurant will be the brand’s third UK location and its first outside of London, joining Amsterdam, Las Vegas, Dubai and two London sites Heron Tower and Covent Garden.
SUSHISAMBA Edinburgh will deliver its unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine, culture, music and design to the Scottish capital, taking space within Scotland’s first W Hotel – the 244-room W Edinburgh. The restaurant will feature a main dining room with unparalleled views of Edinburgh’s iconic skyline, a vibrant bar & lounge, chef’s table, and outdoor terraces.
