Colliers International UK has announced that after nearly 40 years in real estate and over six years at Colliers, Paul Smith has decided to move into a targeted consultancy role which will give him more time at the ‘coal face’ with specific clients, whilst allowing him to pursue his own interests outside the business.
From the perspective of business continuity, this transition will be seamless for both employees and clients, with the day to day running of the West End Agency and Development team led by Stuart Melrose, Alex Kemp and Tom Wildash. Stuart will have responsibility for the Occupier team and Alex and Tom will focus on leading the continued growth of the leasing business.
