Wren has signed a 10 year lease, which will see the national kitchen retailer move its Warrington store from Riverside Retail Park to Junction Nine Retail Park.
Wren will take Units 6D and 6E at Junction Nine, which total 14,000 sq. ft and were previously occupied by Mothercare.
James Maule-Finch, senior asset manager for The Derwent Group, which owns Junction Nine said: “This is exceptional news for Junction Nine, particularly in the midst of perhaps the most challenging retail market in history and it shows that even in difficult times, retailers will commit to the right locations.
“Wren will enhance our already strong-line of home-focused retailers which includes Dunelm, Dreams and Carpetright and is sure to benefit from its high profile location on one of the longest and most prominent retail park frontages in the UK.”
The new Wren store is expected to open in Q1 2021.
CSP acted for the Derwent Group and Mason Partners LLP acted for Wren.
