Assura, the UK’s leading healthcare real estate investment trust, has appointed property firm Sanderson Weatherall as leasing agent of vacant spaces across its national portfolio.
The FTSE 250-listed specialist develops, invests in and manages healthcare buildings for the NHS.
Sanderson Weatherall is initially marketing 110,000 sq ft of space across 22 nationwide units. The vacant spaces range from small units in existing medical centres to larger spaces in hospitals.
Assura’s Regional Portfolio Manager Adam Waheed commented: “Supporting access to healthcare and capacity for key community services has never been so important, and Sanderson Weatherall will be a key player in helping us to deliver that.”
