A pair of warehouse units on Blandford’s Sunrise Business Park has become home to a double glazing business.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the sale of Units 54 and 56 on the business park. The guide price was in excess of £500,000.
Myddelton & Major surveyor Gary Mead said: “The new tenant of these units is Newglaze Windows who will be running fitting teams and storage from there.
“Newglaze is an established business with more than 40 years’ experience in providing windows, conservatories, garage doors and home improvements.
“Seventeen years ago the company established a purpose-built showroom for all their products at Unit 1 on the Sunrise Business Park.”
The two warehouse units, which total 9,637 sq ft (895.39 sq m) have fully enclosed and gated compound areas, electric roller-shutter doors and parking spaces.
Sunrise Business Park is on the north-west fringes of the town and is accessed easily by the A354 Salisbury to Dorchester Road and A350 Blandford bypass.
The park is home to many local and national businesses include Electrical Centre, Spectrum Property Care, MPH Plumbing Merchants and Dorset Auto Spares.
Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2019 for the eighth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
