The new Costa Coffee at Stonehouse Park, Stroud has opened for customers.
The drive-thru facility, along with 32 customer car spaces, marks the final phase of Stonehouse Park near Stroud, developed by Robert Hitchins Ltd.
It fronts the main A419 at the entrance to the business park alongside a new, separate 42-space car park, also developed by Robert Hitchins Ltd, for world-beating pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment supplier Sartorius whose factory sits opposite.
Senior Development Manager for Robert Hitchins Ltd, Michael Plimmer, said: “We are pleased to see completion of this mixed-use scheme with the benefits that it will have for the business park.
“We are sure it will prove popular with local businesses whose staff and customers will now be able to access a top quality brand in Costa Coffee on their doorstep, whilst the development also provides key local employer Sartorius with the extra secure car parking it needs to support its expansion and future growth plans.”
