Knight Frank has appointed Matthew Hodder-Williams, Partner, as the new Office Head at Knight Frank Sevenoaks.
Matthew’s career in the residential property industry began over 20 years ago, most recently, spending five and a half years working for estate agency Marsh & Parsons in London, including running their Kensington office. Prior to this, Matthew ran a desk for Knight Frank’s international department for eight and a half years, looking after the growth and management of an Alpine network of 15 offices covering the south west of France.
As Office Head at Knight Frank Sevenoaks, Matthew will head up an expert team of negotiators and support staff, whilst proactively handling a range of sales in the Sevenoaks area and surrounding countryside. Matthew brings exceptional experience to the role, with his in-depth knowledge of the area, along with his unrivalled network of contacts. Matthew has personal links to the area going back multiple generations, and lives in Sevenoaks with his family.
