Global real estate advisor CBRE and Thames Valley agent Hollis Hockley have been appointed by Frasers Property UK to advise on a substantial leasing mandate across its Southern Estates Business Park portfolio.
This high quality Business Park portfolio is made up six key parks totalling 3.5 million sq ft along the M3 and M4 corridors to include;
- Winnersh Triangle, Reading
- Farnborough Business Park, Farnborough
- Chineham Park, Basingstoke
- Watchmoor Park, Camberley
- Maxis, Bracknell
- Lakeshore, Heathrow
Since Fraser Property’s first acquisitions in 2017 through to the purchase of Lakeshore at Bedfont Lakes in early 2020, it has created a market leading portfolio which is now at an exciting stage of its evolution. It appointed MAPP as property manager last year and with the appointment of CBRE and Hollis Hockley as leasing agents across the whole, is a major step forward in the harmonisation of many similar, but different assets under a ‘One Estate’ strategy.
Rupert Batho, Commercial Director at Frasers Property UK, comments: “This year we have welcomed a number of leading companies to our business parks by providing high quality workspaces and amenities for innovative businesses to grow and attract talent. The appointment of CBRE and Hollis Hockley will help us attract new occupiers that will add to our already diverse tenant mix.”
Matt Willcock, Head of South East agency at CBRE comments: “The portfolio has seen considerable expenditure in its infrastructure, buildings and amenity since November 2017 and underpins the strategy of providing a high standard of workspaces, amenities and practices for businesses to grow and attract the best available talent. This is something CBRE whole heartedly believe in and are committed to fostering a long-term partnership with Frasers Property to help bring success to its ‘One Estate’ strategy”.
