Drainage maintenance company Arch Utility Services is expanding into the West of England and has leased a newly refurbished industrial unit in Avonmouth, Bristol.
The company, which is based in Porth, South Wales, provides drain and sewer inspection as well as repair and replacement services, and has leased the 6,479 sq ft Unit 3 on the International Trading Estate on Jubilee Way, off the main Third Way spine road. The five-year lease was secured by property consultancy Knight Frank, acting on behalf of landlord BMO.
Rhys Jones, from Knight Frank’s Industrial & Logistics division in Bristol, said: “The unit is one of three on International Trading Estate that have recently been fully refurbished and enjoy a strong high-profile location.”
Dave Lewis of Arch Utility Services said: “The acquisition of premises in Bristol is a strategic step that enables us to expand across the South West of England as part of our expansion programme. The location of the International Trading Estate in Avonmouth is ideal, allowing us to reach our clients throughout the Bristol area, the South West and M4 corridor, and further afield via the excellent access to the motorway network.”
The two refurbished industrial units currently available on the trading estate total 13,143 sq ft and are available as a whole or separately via Knight Frank and its joint agents Russell Property Consultants.
