Hall Analytical, specialist in product testing has taken 21,410 sq ft of space at Waterside, a 48,000 sq ft office scheme in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. The property, which was recently purchased and has been comprehensively refurbished by the owner, PIN Property.
With its own space, Hall Analytical has aesthetically fitted out high specification laboratories and bespoke offices, working in conjunction with M3 Construction.
