The teams producing some of Worcestershire’s most popular local newspapers have relocated to new premises in Worcester with the support of Worcestershire-based commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon.
Staff from Worcester News and its sister titles have now moved to first floor offices in Redhill House in London Road, Worcester. The open plan offices with separate meeting rooms measure 7,174 sq ft and are close to Worcester City centre and just 1 mile from junction 7 of the M5 motorway. There are also 26 allocated car parking spaces available.
Acting on behalf of a private pension fund, Andrew Lewis, GJS Dillon’s Associate Director, negotiated the ten year lease.
Mr Lewis said ‘Well-located open plan space such as this, finished to a high specification, is very much in demand. We have similar space available at Worcester Porcelain Works. So we would urge anyone who is interested in relocating to get in touch’
Julia Lancett, Managing Director of Newsquest Midlands South said’ The move is simple, we no longer need the 89,000 square feet we were rattling around in and we want to provide a more modern, comfortable and business conducive environment for our team.’
