Commercial property specialists have completed another lockdown deal after selling a mixed-use property in the centre of Nottingham suburb Beeston.
Acting on behalf of landlord Peel Brothers, Sunny Landa, director at NG sold 125-127 High Road Beeston to local investor Kelley Property.
125-127 High Road is currently occupied by a launderette and barbers – with self-contained flats on the first floor.
Sunny said: “This is the latest in a series of deals we have completed under full lockdown conditions during the last three months.
“125-127 High Road proved to be incredibly popular after we had instigated an innovative marketing process which highlighted the property’s close proximity to the University of Nottingham and its mixed-use nature, which mitigated risk for the investor buyer.
“I’d urge any landlords with similar properties or investors looking to add to a risk-averse portfolio to get in touch with us.”
John Hardwick of vendor Peel Brothers said: “NG were professional, courteous and friendly team throughout the transaction. Sunny and his team maintained good contact with us, our solicitor and the buyer at all times, remained focused and guided us through the whole process to a successful conclusion.”
