Handelsbanken, the personal and business bank, is to open a new customer service centre, on the award-winning Gloucester Business Park.
The company has completed a deal with the Park’s owner Arlington to take 2,065 sq ft of ground floor space at Building 5210, Valiant Court on a 10-year lease.
Dan Williams, Development Director of Arlington, added: “We are delighted that Handelsbanken have chosen to partner with us at Gloucester Business Park for its local customer service centre. Their move to Building 5210 is an endorsement of the park as the leading business location for the region.”
