CBRE’s Southampton Property Management team is expanding with the appointment of Toulla Buick who joins the department and will initially be responsible for Picton Property Income, a leading REIT with assets across the UK.
Toulla began her career at JLL before joining East Hampshire District Council where she spent over two years managing a varied portfolio across the region. During this time, she studied part time at Westminster University, graduating with a First Class Honours in Real Estate before qualifying as member of RICS in November 2018.

“I am excited to have joined CBRE and taking on a new role during lockdown was certainly an interesting way to start. I am hoping to meet the team in person over the coming weeks once the office begins a phased re-opening.
“Even while working remotely, I have focused my time on establishing client relationships during the asset handover and am looking forward to building a varied portfolio of properties to manage.”
