Two lettings in one office building at Exeter’s Pynes Hill office park have completed, having been agreed in the spring but delayed due to lockdown.
The connected transactions, at Minerva House, saw Search4Local move from a suite of 1,221 square feet to a suite of 3,227 square feet, while King Recruit moved in to replace Search4Local, relocating from another building at Pynes Hill in a move which saw them expand their office. The deals completed in June on terms which had been agreed in March.
All of the post-lockdown office deals in which Stratton Creber Commercial’s Exeter team have been involved have seen occupiers moving to larger premises, or out of serviced offices, or moving into the area. Sectors where expansion has been seen include healthcare, aviation and technology.
