After an absence of 14 years the Osmond Tricks name has returned to Bristol, formed by four directors (two from the original company), together with a group of highly experienced and talented property professionals.
Located on Whiteladies Road, Bristol, the firm is primarily focused on providing specialist property, architectural design and delivery solutions to the healthcare sector across the South and South West
The firm has been instrumental in the delivery of the NHS England ETTF (Estates & Technology Transformation Fund) with 8 projects progressing through the various stages of planning, procurement and construction.
The ‘Gloucester Road Corridor’ is also set to receive further healthcare investment and Osmond Tricks are delighted to be supporting GP practices with their proposed improvements. Planning applications have been submitted for much needed extensions to both Fallodon Way Medical Centre and Conygre Medical Centre in the last week.
Osmond Tricks are also assisting Pioneer Medical Group with their ambitious plans to transform Primary Care Services in North West Bristol with improvement works to the Avonmouth Medical Centre whilst breathing life back into the old Lawrence Weston Clinic with a new 200 sq m extension and refurbishment.
The firm’s latest flagship project is the £10m new multi-occupancy community hospital and health centre project in Brackley which is due to complete in September this year. The new facility will accommodate 17 intermediate care beds, 2 GP surgeries, community services, occupational health services, minor injuries unit, community café and retail pharmacy.
The new Healthy Living Centre in Radstock (Somerset), is a key capital investment project for BANES CCG and is seen as a real joint venture with the local GPs at Hope House Surgery. The new centre will provide 16 clinical rooms, accommodation for Children’s Services and a ‘BIG Local’ training hub.
Osmond Tricks continue to be at the forefront of many healthcare property transactions and rent reviews with recent deals including the acquisition of medical centres in Gloucestershire and Avonmouth, the sale of a day nursery in Bristol and other large Medical Centre investment sales in hand. They also continue to provide top level development advice together with Partnership Valuations and Lease Consultancy.
The new team at Osmond Tricks was re-established by Tim Scruton MRICS, Richard Taylor FRICS , Charlie James RIBA and Vincent Cochran MCIAT and has grown quickly over the past few months allowing previous colleagues to join the team including Christian Cartlidge, Alessandra Torini and Gareth Cox.
